Toll-free lines for health care providers

How does it work?

An AT&T Direct Access code number (“DA code”) that is unique for the calling country is first dialled. A recorded operator prompt then asks you to key in the second number as listed above: "AT&T. Please enter the number you are calling now." This second number is the US toll-free number that connects you to Cigna. There is no need to dial "1" before the toll-free number. The AT&T operator prompt responds : "Thank you for using AT&T” and completes the call.
